Most of our work comes from recommendations — neighbours, builders we've worked alongside and customers who've had us back for a second room.
Read all reviewsRe-tiled our bathroom from top to bottom. Turned up when they said, dust sheets down every day, and the cuts around the window are spot on. Quote didn't change by a penny.
Converted the old bathroom into a wet room for my mother. Explained the tanking properly, did the falls so there's no standing water at all, and left it spotless. Worth every penny.
Large porcelain tiles through the kitchen-diner. The floor needed levelling first, which they flagged at the quote rather than springing it on us later. Perfectly flat, not a single uneven edge.
Splashback done in a day while we were at work. Cuts around the sockets are neater than the units they're sitting on.

Areas we coverLabour for wall and floor tiling usually works out between £40 and £65 per m², depending on tile size, how much preparation the surface needs and how many cuts are involved. Mosaics and natural stone sit at the top of that range; plain large-format walls at the bottom. Small jobs are priced per job rather than per metre. Every quote we give is fixed in writing after we’ve measured up — no day rates that drift.
No. Quotes are free anywhere in Herefordshire, including the visit to measure up and check the surfaces. You’ll get the price by email, normally within 48 hours of us coming out.
Either. Plenty of customers enjoy choosing their own, and we’re happy to fit tiles you’ve bought. If you’d rather we handled it, we’ll put options in front of you with trade prices and tell you honestly which ones are a pleasure to fit and which aren’t.
A full bathroom is typically three to five days of tiling, including grouting and sealing. We sequence the work so the toilet and basin are usable for most of it, and we’ll tell you up front which days the shower is off limits.
Often, yes — and it’s the part that decides whether tiling lasts. Plasterboard behind a shower should be swapped for tile backer board, timber floors usually need overboarding, and uneven concrete needs levelling. We check all of this at the quote stage so it’s in the price rather than a surprise halfway through.
Sometimes. If the existing tiles are firmly bonded, flat and the extra thickness won’t cause problems at doors and fittings, it can be done with the right primer and adhesive. If any are loose or hollow-sounding, they need to come off — tiling over a failing surface just buries the problem.
